summer wasn’t good at all, so now that Ramadan is coming to a close, I decided to draw myself some motivation
GETTING BACK ON TRACK:
Step one: Forgive your-damn-self. What’s done is done, it doesn’t matter now
Step two: Don’t be too hard, just be stricter.
Step three: Make a pretty ass motivation wall or board with quotes and pictures and plans. Hang that bitch up somewhere visible during those fawking urges
Step four: Drink Water! Flush it all away with that fresh shit
Step five: Make your next workout fun and then you dread it so mother fawking much. Go bike riding or jog with your fav playlist. Get your nice ass moving!
Step six: Make sure you keep yourself busy so you don’t overeat. When those annoying ass urges come your way, do something preoccupying. Damn, you’ll forget all about it!
Step seven: Think fucking PLUS SIGN POSITIVE! When you is thinking ‘It’s not even worth it’ or ‘I can’t get that body, anyway’ you is NEVER going to get to your goal. Think positive and strive for the best and dammit it’s gonna be there
Step eight (not listed): REMEMBER WHAT YOU WANT. Sometimes you be forgettin. Remind yourself and keep yourself motivated.
Step nine (not listed): Repeat, bitches
good day everyone!

This was not a product of a “30 day challenge”. This didn’t happen by just doing squats. It took heavy lifting and patience. :)
Why a repost?
Well a lot of people assumed my other progress picture was fake because of the variation in skin tone, the lighting was different or I had altered the “after” image, or stolen it. So here is a image similar to the pose on the left. My back dimples are visible in both photos. I have some cellulite still, but I have reduced it greatly and improved the shape of my booty. :)
Don’t think it isn’t possible. Here is proof it can happen. Consistency and patience. Don’t give up :)
